Over the years Vic has been – amongst other more mundane things – an actor, writer and director, working in stage, film, T.V., radio and commercials in the UK, N.Z. and Australia. However, an early love of the visual arts has now come full circle to become a full time pursuit.

“My tastes and influences are pretty wide ranging. I love the exquisite subtlety of the French Impressionists. I also love the more visceral impact of the Expressionists and their sheer dynamic use of colour. I stand in awe at the skills of the Renaissance and Baroque masters”.

After the last couple of years spent “getting back into it” in his own way, Vic is now studying full time for a Diploma of Fine Arts at Nepean TAFE.

With his wife Leslie, he is co-founder and currently an Executive Director of the Blue Mountains Artists Company.
